DRILL DESCRIPTION AND SET UP

We create a 9v9 field with a large width and we divide 3 teams. The 2 teams start playing with 4 supports (the 3rd team). The 2 supports are outside the channels aiming at the center, and the other 2 are on the axis.

RULES-RESTRICTIONS

Players:

Support player ,who receives, has only 3 touches before pass or crossing.

Support players cannot be marked.

Support players cannot score.

OBJECTIVES

Basic Technical Objective:

Crossing - Hit the ball in the air (high)

Crossing (high ball)

POINTS

The winning team is the one with the most points (victory = 3 points).

The player with the most points is the winner.

As external supports the players aim to achieve a correct high cross. If a goal is scored after a cross and a finish then the player who made the cross gets 1 individual point.
