DRILL DESCRIPTION AND SET UP

We create a limited space of 30x30 and we have a 5v5 game with 2 doors for each team to defend. The goal counts after passing through an opponent's door or after scoring x passes.

RULES-RESTRICTIONS

Free contacts. If the ball goes out of bounds players can pass on foot or enter with a drive instead of a side out.

OBJECTIVES

Basic Technical Objective:

Feint - Dribble

Technical Detail Habit:

Feint - dribble with the objective to pass through an opponent

Basic Tactical Objective:

No tactical objective

Tactical Detail Habit:

Unmark - Create & Exploit free space

POINTS

Players:

After 10 passes players get 1 point

If players go through the door get 2 points.
