DRILL DESCRIPTION AND SET UP
We create private areas for each player to play with the ball in the air. Also we give to them a tennis ball too for each player. 1st Exercise : Flicks up with the ball and after a higher kick with the ball try to hit the tennis ball to ground and keep it again. 2nd Exercise : Flicks up with the ball and the same time run the tennis ball around of body 3rd Exercise : Flicks up with the ball and the same time turn the tennis ball down of knee

RULES-RESTRICTIONS
Players:
If players are low level and small ages then they can hit the ball (flick up) with a drop and hit again and not with concecutive hits Players must control the ball in their area and not throw the ball out of there
