DRILL DESCRIPTION AND SET UP

Use 4 cones (look animation) and separate 2 teams. One team of 3 players try to cooperate and find a way for "1-2", vertical pass or dribbling and the other team with objective defensive diagonal locations, stealing the ball and scoring to small goalposts.

RULES-RESTRICTIONS

Offensive Players:

Offensive players try not be offside

Offensive players have only 4 seconds to try & score

Defensive Players:

Defensive players can shoot to small goalposts from everywhere

Defensive players if steal the ball have the support of goalkeeper

Offensive Players:
