DRILL DESCRIPTION AND SET UP

Use the half pitch and place 2 small goalposts just behind of the central line and also delimit 2 squares ahead of the goalposts (watch the animation). We have 9 internal players, 1 G/K and extra players behind of the starting players. Starting Positions of Yellows : 2 players in the circle, 2 players to the flanks (1 for each flank) and 1 attacker near to the box. Starting Positions of Purples : 1 player in the circle, 2 players into squares (1 for each square) and 1 player near to the opponent attacker. Start the game from the circle with the yellows to have the objective to make "x" consecutive passes and then pass to the wide players or to the attacker (vertical or not). Defensive players can't go outside of the box before the first try of the yellows to make a pass infront. After the pass infront from the 2 yellows we have a 5v4 game. At any phase of the game that defenders steal the ball must score to the small goalposts

Let's face it! Realism is an element that should not be missed in any training session.
